      TelSource would reportedly does not need to allow the potential investors to conduct due diligence in Cesky Telecom, when selling its stake in the company and therefore, it would not need to call an EGM, NPF vice-chairman Kuta said in an interview with Bloomberg. The potential investors will have to use publicly available information. He also said in the interview that the government has to start the privatization next year in order to complete it in 2005. Ideal investor would be telecommunications operator or a consortium with telecommunications operator.
