A significant winter storm from the Mid-South today will transition to a strong Nor'easter for the Mid-Atlantic and New England by Tuesday. The storm will bring a period of moderate to heavy snow, and rain transitioning to a rain/snow mix and then all snow down to the coast tonight and tomorrow. Gusty winds and minor to moderate coastal flooding impacts are also possible.
