Beneficial, soaking rain returned this week after a long hiatus. 1 to 1.5 inches of rain was most common through Wednesday evening over our Florida, Alabama, and far SW Georgia counties. Much of it came where it was needed most. For the I-75 corridor however, the improvement will have to wait until the next wet cold front around Monday or Tuesday of next week.
