Rules for entry and return to the Czech Republic for travels exceeding 12 Hours

In order to be allowed entry as a fully vaccinated person, you will be required to present a National Vaccination Certificate - VatCertPH or Yellow Card. The date of the last vaccine dose must not be older than 270 days. In case you have already received a booster shot, this condition (270 days limit) does not apply and the validity of your Vaccination certificate is unlimited.
A person is considered as fully vaccinated (= at least 14 days after administration of
a second dose, in case of a two-phased vaccine) with one of the EU approved vaccines: AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer BionTech (Comirnaty), Johnson&Johnson (Janssen), Covishield.

Sinovac is NOT approved even with a booster shot. Foreigners vaccinated with any other vaccine (e.g. Sinovac) are considered as un-vaccinated persons. Such status is not changed by accepting a booster dose by the EU recognized vaccine.

Vaccination certificates of the Philippines are recognize by the Czech Republic, and persons can travel to the Czech Republic without needing to observe any additional quarantine measures (i.e. no need to get tested after arrival or to self-isolate). Un-vaccinated foreigners:
For un-vaccinated foreigners, who meet general entry rules to the Czech Republic (issued long term visa or schengen visa for unmarried long term couples or EU family members) a negative PCR test is required before departure followed by a second PCR test after the arrival to the Czech Republic. This second test must be conducted between the 5th and 7th day after the arrival. You are required to wear a respirator FFP2 or KN 95 during this period.
