Access to accommodation and services in the Czech Republic only with vaccination certificate, negative PCR test required from foreigners

As of November 22, 2021, only fully vaccinated people and people recovered from Covid-19 will be able to access certain places and services. Starting December 27, 2021, all foreigners need to present a negative PCR test.
As of November 22, 2021, ONLY FULLY VACCINATED PEOPLE AND PEOPLE RECOVERED FROM COVID-19 will be able to access accommodation, restaurants, beauty and sports services and others (with few exceptions, see below). The aim of this measure is to reverse the current rapid spread of Covid-19 in the Czech Republic.
The following services and places will be accessible only to fully vaccinated or recovered persons:
Restaurants
- Publicly provided accommodation, such as hotels, B&B, Airbnb
- Beauty services, such as hairdressing, cosmetic, pedicure / manicure
- Sports facilities and services, such as swimming pools, fitness and other indoor sports.
- Organized public events

Furthermore, starting December 27, 2021, all foreigners without residence permit in the Czech Republic need to present a negative PCR test no older than 72 hours. This applies to foreigners coming from all countries, included those on the green list. It also apllies for those vaccinated or recovered from Covid-19. The only exception applies to those who received the booster vaccine shot and persons between 12 and 18 years of age with complete vaccination scheme without the booster shot. Kids younger than 12 years are exempted from vaccination and testing.
