The Executive Order of the Czech Government – traveling to the Czech Republic is strictly restricted.

Travel to the Czech Republic is allowed only in strictly necessary cases.

It is not possible to travel to the Czech Republic due to tourism, leisure or visiting friends. This measure applies especially to people who have so far been able indefinitely enter the Czech Republic from the so-called green countries´(USA belongs to the red zone countries).

This executive order modified entry and arrival to only absolutely necessary cases and is applied to all foreign countries. Restrictions include, for example: closure of hotels and accommodation facilities (for tourist purposes) or staying in a public place with a maximum of two people.

This measure does not restrict the commuter travelers in any new way.

Persons who travel to the Czech Republic in absolutely necessary cases are reminded of the obligation to strictly observe the quarantine measures, consisting of filling out the arrival form before the trip and passing the Covid-19 test immediately after arriving in the Czech Republic.

Restrictions on the free movement of persons in the Czech Republic are in effect until November 3, with the possibility of extension.
